11 Beachview
Our largest project to date, a residence located in Dana Point CA, working with Genova Construction. 81.5 tons from 45 columns and 120 beams. Roughly 4,500 sq. ft of decking with edgeform. We’re small company that dreams big!

The Brick Hotel
Or second largest job – the seismic retrofit of The Brick Hotel located in Oceanside CA. The Brick Hotel was originally built in 1888 and had no foundations. We worked closely with the GC and concrete contractor so a 4’ x 4’ footing could be installed underneath the existing brick walls. We then set all of our vertical columns and brace frames down through the roof to the newly installed foundations and started a top down approach to retrofit the walls. As we slowly installed our beams the GC would remove the floor that was complete eventually exposing the entire inner shell of the hotel. It was a very labor intensive project that spanned 2 years.

Ranch Market
We assisted D& H Building to enclose an area East of the current market to expand their deli section. Thankfully we were able to build the upper trellis on the ground and set the entire structure in one crane pick

VCCC
Valley Center Community Church
We worked directly with a representative of the church that has quite a grand entry way. The difficulty on this project was building the 68’ foot trusses onsite and lifting them into place.

Vista Church
We assisted another church in creating a unique octagon space that tested the limits of our drafter.

Navy Lodge
While we have done several smaller prevailing wage jobs for various cities, the Navy Lodge at North Island Naval Station was our first real foray into a prevailing wage / Davis Bacon project. We are currently still seeking other prevailing wage jobs, please send us your requests!

Custom Stairs
We have become well versed in providing the stairs of people’s dreams. We have been able to adopt methods during fabrication that leave no visible welds once the stair is installed. Needs stairs? Give us a call!

Crane
We currently own a 40 Ton Terex crane T340-1XL for our lifting needs. With 105′ of main boom and 49′ foot jib we are able to get our job done safely and efficiently!
