Firewire Welding and Fabrication is based in Oceanside CA, specializing in the fabrication and erection of small to mid-sized custom structural steel projects. We also fabricate and install custom steel stairs, handrails, and other misc. metals – please view our gallery. We have proudly worked alongside GC’s, private owners, and local municipalities.
Firewire Welding and Fabrication is 100% owned by James Gorgol, who has been in the industry for 20+ years. James is a current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), licensed crane operator through NCCCO, LA City Certified Welder, also receiving his BA in liberal arts from CSUSM in 2010.
James Started Firewire Mobile Welding in 2011 and offered welding services across the state of California. Starting a family in 2013, James decided to stay close to home and offer fabrication services to San Diego and Orange Counties. We Incorporated in 2015 with a name change to Firewire Welding and Fabrication, Inc. and have expanded our services and capabilities greatly over the years. We currently have two mobile welding trucks, a 2015 Terex T340-1XL 40-ton crane, 120 Ton ironworker to add to the 65 ton ironworker already in use, and the Amada 400 Bandsaw.
We are ready to tackle any Structural steel project no matter the size. Firewire can supply as many welders as needed to help tackle even the largest of welding projects.
